We know from research that people from underrepresented groups face multiple hurdles when pursuing a career in tech. Policy, education, and the tech industry can work together to transform career pathways into tech. Using a cradle-to-career approach, this session will discuss current strategies to tackle the root problems and what tech can do to support underrepresented talent.
